The Users need to validate the invoice information (sales order) before post it, but when the proforma is displayed the form is closed and they must fill out fields again.

      Is possible?

Or is there a way to open the proforma from another button, different from closeok ?.

      Thanks in advance.

      Ismael –Ā

Try the following:Ā  Uncheck the “Registrar” button so the invoice doesn’t post. Click on the “Configurar impresora” button, then choose “invoice” (or “Factura”). Do you have the option to print to screen?Ā  If you choose this option, your pro forma invoice should come up on the screen first.Ā  Then you can choose to print or close it.Ā  Once you are satisfied with the information on the invoice, you can then check the “Registrar” button and post the invoice.

Thanks Christi, but these options are disabled. Do you know if there is a part where it is configured ?, or the search in the code.

if I only deactivate register and click ok, it shows the report but closes the form.
Does this change if I select the option you mention?

      is equivalent to salesFormLetter.printFormLetter(true) ?

      Ismael –Ā

It looks like you are missing a section from your screen that we have – the “Print Options” section (see below).Ā  The “Print invoice” box must be checked in this section in order to go into Printer setup and choose to print to screen.Ā  You can try a couple things to make this section show up – 1) Right click in that section of your screen and look to see if you have an “unhide” option.Ā  If so, choose to unhide anything that is missing.Ā  or 2)Ā  Right click in that section of your screen and choose “Personalize.”Ā  in this area, you can look for the “Print options” section and add it (if it will let you).Ā  In either case, once you click the “OK” button at the bottom of the screen, this form will disappear.Ā  It is just a temporary form for printing and posting purposes.Ā  I hope this helps!
