please advise while setting up the new vendor under tax tab if the vendor is Foreign company we can select the country code in address, however in TAX option under TAX ID, which option we can select as there is no option called Foreign TAX ID

Hi,
This is right. Depending on the country/region for which you setup sales tax, additional tax fields might become available. If they are not available you can either create, that is develop them yourself or contact MS and ask for the implementation of this country-specific function.
