We are currently implementing AX 2012 R3 and recently went from CU8 to CU11.

We are using event kanbans which are triggered upon entering a sales order. These event kanbans are successfully posting to the Kanban Schedule Board as an unplanned order. This order becomes planned when the Kanban card is dragged to a date on the schedule board.

The finished goods we sell consist of purchased and sub-assemblies (WIP). We have WIP items set up as scheduled kanbans (mrp driven). When we run master scheduling against the finished good part number we see no plan orders for the schedule kanbans (or purchased parts). We also do not see schedule kanbans posted to the Kanban Board for Process Jobs (which we did see under CU8).

I believe we have the same (or as close to) Production Control, Master Scheduling, Coverage Groups, Kanban Rules, Production Flows, etc., setups for CU11 as we had for CU8.

I’m puzzled as to whether this is a code or setup issue.

Any thoughts from the AXUG community as to what I might check/re-check?

Thank you ahead of time for giving this some thought.
