    Error receiving: Quantity cannot be registered as received

    We get the following error receiving against a Purchase Order while using the Warehouse Management app on a tablet:

    “Quantity 1.00 cannot be registered and received because inventory transactions having status Ordered or Arrived are insufficient.”

    1. We have been able to receive against this PO previously, and there are quantities remaining that need to be received.

    2. I can receive directly in D365 without issue (Procurement and sourcing>>Purchase orders>>All purcahse orders>>Receive>>Generate>>Product receipt).

    Can anyone point me in the right direction re: where to look for troubleshooting the issue?
