      ?The user gets the message when she clicks on the Dynamics AX icon on Citrix Xenapp:

      AX Dynamics failed to start.

      The citrix server is unable to process your request to start the published application. Please try again.Ā  If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

      When I click on the Dynamics Icon on Citrix, it works for me, but I have administrator access.

      Hi Katrina,
      have you tried other users which are setup the same way?
      You’ll need to figure out if it’s a permission issue or it’s a user profile issue.

      ?What version of the Citrix receiver do you have installed?

      We’ve seen our share of Citrix messages and most come from the Citrix receiver not getting completely logged in before users click to try and launch the application.

      If you have version 4.7 or later please make sure to run the diagnostic tool included – especially ensuring that single sign-on is set properly.

      Please provide additional information on what you’re experiencing.

      Hi,
      I sometimes receive the same error message onĀ some of our test system.Ā 
      When receiving this message, I try 3-4 times again and then AX usually opens.
      Have you tried opening AX multiple times after receiving this message?
