Try deleting the .KTI files from your AppDataLocal directory. ( DEL %LOCALAPPDATA%axsysEN-US*.KTI )
Those files contain the translations for kernel error messages in the client, they should be tied to the kernel version of your client, but at some point Microsoft released a kernel that changed or added to those messages but still looked at the old file.
