The approver is receiving following error when trying to approve PO, although the change management is also greyed out

“changes to the document are only allowed in state Draft, because change management is activated”

please advise

I am not clear whether change management is active or not. What do you mean exactly by saying that it is greyed out?

Go to procurement and sourcing parameters and look for a change management checkbox. Is this enabled or disabled?
