I’m getting an error when deploying environements:

FAILURE DETAILS

Error code

0

Error message

Failed to fetch deployment error from outputXml.

I have attempted to deploy two environments and both listed as “Failed” but when I look in Azure I see the resources and when I start and stop the environment from LCS they turn the VMs on and off.  When I try to connect to the environment they fail.

Has anybody seen or resolved this before?

Hi Marc,

I would suggest to give it one more try. If you have the same issue, then create a ticket for Microsoft Support. They can review the telemetry what might be the culprit.

Thanks for the response, I think we actually found the culprit for this error. We were trying to use an existing network rather than allowing LCS to create it for us. When we allowed LCS to create the network the deployment completed fine.

We are not reviewing the network settings so see how we may be able to adjust the setting to allow it to fit better into our infrastructure but at lease the environment created.
