Hi

I was trying to generate ER Diagrams using AX 2012 R3 Reverse Engineering option but it gives me an error. I have tried installing Visio 2016 Professional but still no luck. Do we need to have any specific Visio version installed?

We have done a lot of customizations and added many new tables. We are trying to create Model Diagrams which gives easy access to table relations.

I am looking to generate something similar to this AxErd ERD: Accounts receivable, M1 CustTable

Pranay,
Not sure if this has been answered, but officially it is any version 2003 and above. However, anything 2013 and above throws errors. I would try 2010, I have used that version and know that it works.

After installing Visio 2010 I was able to generate the ERD diagrams. I have tired with Visio 2013 Pro but it failed to generated. So as you pointed out we need Visio 2010.
