Hello Nazim, Why should the user be a system admin? Time recording should also work for ‘ordinary’ users. I do not have a chronological list but some bullet points to consider
User set up in SYSADM module
Employee set up in HR module
ensure that the employee has its cost center and other financial dimensions assigned
ensure that the employment history is filled and allows the employee recording times in different companies
ensure that the project setup form is filled.
Especially the period code must be filled
A resource scheduling calender should be linked
in the project tab there is a view-period status form available. ensure that periods have been assigned/updated and are visible in this form
Linkage user-employee in SYSADM module
Role setup in PMA module
ensure that your project roles are setup in the setup roles form
open the resources list page in the PMA and search for your employee. ensure that he/she has a project role assigned
Beforehand, calendars in the ORGADM and period types in PMA should be setup.
Hope this answers your question.
Best regards,
Ludwig
