HI 
Does anyone have the chronological document regarding employee set up in PMA for time tracking, considering employee is entering time

-User should be user in Sys admin
-added in HR, with employee roles, financial dimensions, report to and what else it will require for entering time
-relation is assigned
-How about the set up in PMA

Hello Nazim,
Why should the user be a system admin?
Time recording should also work for ‘ordinary’ users.
I do not have a chronological list but some bullet points to consider

• User set up in SYSADM module
• Employee set up in HR module
  • ensure that the employee has its cost center and other financial dimensions assigned
  • ensure that the employment history is filled and allows the employee recording times in different companies
  • ensure that the project setup form is filled.
    • Especially the period code must be filled
    • A resource scheduling calender should be linked
  • in the project tab there is a view-period status form available. ensure that periods have been assigned/updated and are visible in this form
• Linkage user-employee in SYSADM module
• Role setup in PMA module
  • ensure that your project roles are setup in the setup roles form
  • open the resources list page in the PMA and search for your employee. ensure that he/she has a project role assigned

Beforehand, calendars in the ORGADM and period types in PMA should be setup.
