Which third party e-commerce solution is most recommended and suited for integration with Dynamics AX 2012 R3?

If you are looking for B to C ecommerce – I would suggest one of our ISV partners that is integrated into our Retail Framework.   These solutions are built for scalability and they leverage the CDX framework and our Commerce Runtime to allow for a consistent shopping experience between both ecommerce and the POS and Call Center channels within Dynamics AX.

      Our Partners include:
      Sitecore
      Orckestra
      Episerver/Avensia
      Hitachi Ecommerce

Over the last 15 years, I’ve successfully integrated to Demandware, Magento, Keyora, Acumium, and Spiderlogic.  Just really depends on what your specific requirements are from a transaction/product configuration standpoint.  Reach out to me if you want to chat.

We are also on the Sana webshop recently and though it was easy to set up, some features are not US oriented, but more for Europe without additional customization.  Some things just don’t make sense why it isn’t standard out-of-the-box functionality, but we’ve adapted to it.

We have a scalable solution, the number of SKU’s are not an issue. Instead of embedding your entire store directly into your ERP, you set it up and then put Dynamics AX to work processing orders and updating information as needed in a non-invasive, far more efficient way. Doesn’t matter how many products, catalogs, or customers you’ve got, B2B, B2C or both. We have a proven solution to handle this, that we have been implementing and improving upon since Axtapa 3.0. Email us at info@k-ecommerce.com.

Dynamicweb is also an alternative to the other eCommerce companies posting on here in that we are more than a shopping cart, our platform differentiates itself with our email marketing suite embedded in the platform, when combined with ecommerce and content management, gives you new possibilities for using personalized content to create higher conversions. Dynamicweb empowers your to deliver personalized campaigns, leverage your content to Social Media, generate leads, split-test and boost traffic with SEO. In addition, Dynamicweb is not a bolt-on solution, therefore we won’t be adding any third party code to AX, and any future AX upgrades will be easier too.

Take a look at BlueCherry B2B from CGS. It’s primarily designed for wholesale but flexible and can handle a lot of different requirements. It will integrate with many ERP systems including Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 fro Operations

      Hello Bharat Patel

Definitely there are great third party eCommerce solutions available in the market to integrate with Dynamics AX ERP, but before suggesting a solution can you be specific as to which eCommerce platform you are looking to integrate with your ERP. Because ecommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, Woocommerce come with their own set of parameters, understanding those is very important before integrating with the ERP.

There is a product which integrates Magento with Dynamics AX, “Magento AX Connect” this solution is offered by i95Dev. The connector has been successfully implemented and being used by clients across various industries.

Sana is another one what is pretty easy to setup and has a tight integration with Dynamics AX.

We are currently on a sana webshop, but with more than 30.000 items we struggle with poor performance, and a not so user friendly support.

New development takes long time and the communication is slow.

we have to go with another system in a short time, the customers is ls looking for faster shops to save time.
