I need your help urgently. Dynamics AX 2012 R3 client crashes after opening. I can see Session ID on the top of the screen but suddenly AX client sessions crashes. There is no event log to find out what exactly is the issue. I deleted the records from SysClientSessionsTables and SysServerSessionsTables but it didn’t work for me. Kindly help me.
Ā
Thanks,
Uzair

Is this just happening for one user (client) or all? – If just one then I suggest resetting the usage data.
Did your AOS crash too? You should only clear all records from the SysServerSessions & SysClientSessions table when all AOS(s) are shut down.Ā
Please make sure thatĀ you don’t have a filter on either the application or System event logs.Ā Typically there will be something there.Ā Please also look at the info messages right before the crash as these sometimes can provide some information.
Thanks,

I concur with MichaelĀ on resetting the usage data, you can also try clearing out the AUC files in the %userprofile%/appdata directory if resetting the usage profile does not work.
