Would anyone have info on DOM (distributed order management), Microsoft’s recent retail release? Ā I’m looking for set up info and parameters to see if I can make it work in my retail building supply company’s ERP implementation.Ā

      Thanks.

      Thanks Ryan,Ā

I was reading through this for a good high level understanding, and was hoping to get as much info as I can.Ā  My company is looking to use this for our delivery process, but need more details to set it up in our D365 environment.Ā  It’s still very new and is hard to find info on.

      Thanks.

      Hi Jeff,

I agree, there is little documentation out there.  The link I sent is the only publication from Microsoft that I’m aware of.  What version of AX/D365 are you on?  I believe it’s not available for 2012, only D365, and I believe only version 7.3 and above.  The forms and parameters aren’t available OOTB, you have to enable them.  You’ll need to ask your partner for help on that, and if they haven’t worked with it before they will need to ask Microsoft.  We have instructions at Sunrise but it was done internally so I can’t share it unfortunately.
