Dear All , 

we have some transaction which have difference in Financial cost Amount , For example , 
Trx1 = Transfer order shipment      with 3 Qty     with 3 $ in Sold status 
while 
Trx2= Transfer order Receive     with 3 Qty    with 4 $ in Purchase status . 

Please let me know it is normal to have different cost ,or not it is odd behavior?
P.S : Weighted average date is our method for costing

Kajal,

If you look at the active item prices for that item, I would assume there is a different cost by site?

Or if you run one of your inventory reports that incl. the weighted average cost for that item, they differ by site, correct?

Transfer orders are essentially the selling of goods from site A to site B within Dynamics, so the fact it is sold at one financial cost and received at another is standard.

Thank you for your response , 
You mean in transfer orders , cost comes from site cost , 
For example : 
first :Transfer order shipment from site A with 10 $ 
while 
second :Transfer order received to Site B with 12 $ 
and the cost for second comes from active price for than site .
Am I right ?
