Hello John,
I just registered an RMA in our test environment to try reverse it. We use Dynamics AX 2012 R3. I’m not saying this is how it must be done but my RMA no longer says registered it says expected. So open up the RMA and highlight the line that says registered. Click “Update line” and select “Registered”. In the new pop up, check the “Auto-Create” box then click “Post all” below. This is all I did and it no longer shows registered. You should now be able to cancel/delete the RMA.
**Again, this was a quick test, i’m not saying this is the correct way to do it, there could be other things involved so you may want to wait and see if any other people chime in too.**
