?Sadly, we are learning from our mistakes since our go live!Ā

We have a handful of Item Requirement orders where the user added internal service lines (as billable line property), and then the order was packed out.Ā  Other lines show as invoiced from the billing rules, but I can’t seem to do anything with the internal lines – I can’t cancel the packing list , can’t invoice –

Are we stuck as delivered forever? Any ideas would be appreciated !!!! .

      Sandra,
If this is on the AP side, try entering a negative packing slip, that will free up the quantity on the purchase order line.
