We are exploring new customer portal with SCM that uses dual write. Looks like out of box basic features are supported and you can map an email of a customer to account and it will show the orders of that particular customer and allow to create orders using portal.
But how do we achieve Parent/Child relations that we have in SCM or what happens if same contact is responsible for multiple accounts in FO/SCM? Ideally, when a customer login, we would like them to show orders of all the companies they are responsible. How do you achieve this?
