I am a trying to create a custom alert for a user who gets work items assigned to them, but who is not inside of ERP very often. This is causing a small bottleneck as the work items have to be completed before the task can move down the line. My thought was to create a Custom Alert on the Work Items Assigned to me form, which would then email him on his phone (ribbon message) letting him know to log in and perform the action. The action works, however it is emailing my test user anytime ANY one has a work item assigned to their que. Is there a way to set this where it will only fire for a particular user’s work items instead of all items in the que? Thanks for any help.
PS: My next step is to create a power automate for this task is a custom alert will not work.

Hello,
Don’t believe you can filter that alert for a specific user OOB. you are probably better off using power automate / business events for this.
