I’m trying to figure out where the collection letter that the customer receives is formated & can it be changed. Is it an SSRS report? Is it something a developer has to change or is there a way a none developer can make changes?
      Thanks in advance.Ā

      Examples:

      1. Move notes section where we can include our own wording above the list of past due invoices
      2. Remove header rows for:
        1. Telephone
        2. Fax
        3. Giro
        4. Tax registration number
        5. Enterprise number
      3. Remove header rows for:
        1. Terms of payment
        2. Due date
        3. Currency

      Hi Travis,

This is an SSRS report. A developer or your partner would be able to make a really quick project out of this.

      Hi Travis

If you are just looking to change the body / text you can do so in the Form Notes, for formatting changes and such that would be a developer.

      Thanks,
