Hi –

Every year we see a few customers go system down because a key calendar or two expired. In many cases there is not an explicit message indicating an expired calendar.

Now is a good time to ensure that all calendars extend into 2022 and beyond a few years if needed.

Also, a good idea is to create an Outlook reminder to check your calendars every year.
