I haven’t had a chance to explore it yet but I’m surprised there’s almost nothing available about it.I found this quick sentence that kind of helps sum it up well: “Use virtual tables in Dynamics 365 Customer Service to bring activities from your third party systems into the activity timeline in Dynamics 365.” Sounds like if you use other systems but want that info in D365 we can now use “virtual tables,” whatever that looks like.
Hope someone else can chime in too!
