We are in the process of upgrading from 4.0 to 2012 R3. During testing we have discovered that we are not able to delete multiple lines from a BOM. Even as the system admin I am unable to do it, 4.0 allowed it and we use it. I have not found any parameter settings that control this. Any suggestions on where to change this or any workarounds?

The delete “X” on the BOM lines indeed is not selectable if you select more than one BOM line on the form …. however the keyboard shortcut to delete still works š
Just hit “Alt F9” and it will delete everything selected

Hi. Interesting – upgrade from 4.0 to AX 2012 – I would call it a reimplementation š
Do you want to delete from a for form or from code? What errors do you receive? If you look at the standard form for BOM the BOM versions can be deleted, while the BOM lines can’t be deleted before the BOM versions are deleted.
