Hello all

Is there anyone with experience on the Bank Online Bill Pay service through AX (2012 R2 CU7)?
We would like to integrate our AR in AX with the bank online services, enabling the customers to pay their invoices through their bank website.

Is there any native feature in AX for this ?
What strategy should we explore?

Good Morning
I think the process your customers need to do is set up their vendor for ACH.  in this case your company would provide them with your routing number and bank account number so that they can send a payment to your account.

i think that is what you are asking.
It would work the same way if you wanted to pay your vendors with ACH or EFT.

once the funds enter your bank account you can settle the invoices.  would be nice if they send you a payment advice too.

there is a 3rd part software for AX around banking that allows your customer to pay invoices on line.

Microsoft announced the discontinuation of the Dynamics Online Payment Services effective January 1, 2018 see thread here.  
As to strategy, here’s some vendor selection questions for AX A/R billing:

• What types of payments are supported in my country? What do you need? Paypal, credit card, ACH, wire, something else?  
• Where in Dynamics AX can credit card transactions take place?
• Does it support 3-D Secure cardholder authentication? (Verified by Visa etc- lots of new rules increasing it’s importance).
• Does it support level 3 processing (business, purchasing cards etc, needed for lower rates)?
• What’s the status of compliance with new Visa rules related to the processing of Estimated Authorization Requests, Initial Authorization Requests, Incremental Authorization Requests, and Authorization Reversals? (Most B2B businesses need to comply by October 2017.)
• How will it help improve cashflow? (collections management)  
• Will it work with our other sales channels? What do you need? Retail, shopping cart etc)

In addition to SK Global in Donald’s link, Red Maple, and CenPOS have alternatives to the expiring Dynamics Online Payment Services.
