There is a a AccountDisabled field in the Reporting.SecurityUser table in the MR DB which you can flip back to 0.Ā However I would check the Configuration Console log.Ā In the end it’s not syncing back up with AX.Ā A restart of the MR server wouldn’t hurt either and give it time to cycle through a full integration.Ā Hopefully not the case here but I have experienced where MR seemed to just stop letting me add or disable users and I just did export of the reports and a rebuild.
