You need to install the SQL server data tools. The link to download is right in your error log.

?It doesn’t matter. The verbiage for the error log was written before SQL 2016. You still need the data tools in order to be able to deploy the SSAS cubes etc. I have seen in the past where even if you were on SQL 2012 you had to install the 2008 version of the tools. Give it a try and I think it will get you past your error.
