We are trying to set up form notes for the Sales Quotation form (not the Sales Quotation Confirmation form).  I am able to get notes attached to quotes to print on the sales quotation confirmation, but I haven’t been able to get the form note to print on either.  Does anyone know what I am missing?  Does this note print on the Sales Quotation or Sales Quotation Confirmation?

Hi Amy.
Please make sure that your attachment has restriction ‘External’ otherwise it will not be printed.

Thank you for the response!  Yes, I was able to get the note attached to the quotation to print on the Sales Quotation Confirmation form by selecting external.

I am wondering how to get the “Form note” created at Accounts Receivable -> Setup -> Forms -> Form notes to print and which form does it print on, the Sales Quotation or the Sales Quotation Confirmation.

After a quick test the attachments and the form notes all show on both reports .
