  How do you automate cross-platform testing? I mean testing processes in CRM, Finance and Operations, and an e-commerce site. Anyone doing this?

  Using Selenium IDE based test automation along with Microsoft easy repro test library, you can automate the cross-platform testing. Benefits of having a code-based test accelerator is that it can handle the integration aspect pretty neat.
