Hi Everyone,Ā We are currently on AX2012 R3 and looking to automate AP.Ā I’m looking for feedback/suggestions on what you have done or recommend, particularly to integrate with AX nicely (limit customization’s, etc).Ā Does anyone use Share Point for invoice approval?Ā Does Share Point integrate with AX?Ā Does anyone use a workflow for either vendor adds/changes or invoice approval?Ā I know, lots of questions… sorry.Ā Any help/guidance is appreciated!Ā Thank you!

Hi Jennifer, SharePoint can integrate with AX, but I personally have not used for invoice approvals. I have a lots of customers who use workflow for vendor/PO adds and changes. You can have a purchasing policy that lists which changes require approval/reapproval of a PO and which changes can be autoapproved. The addition of the policy requires a need for that step in your workflow. This forum post helps with that setup: Open Forum
There are a few ISVs that I see commonly used.
I really like AXtensions, and there are others such as Palette software, BottomLine, and more.Ā
