  Dose Mott have the capability to set up 3 way Match in AX 2012 R1?

  I believe 3 way match is an available feature in all versions of AX 2012, including RTM (R1). Try navigating to Accounts Payable parameters and you should see a checkbox to enable the feature along with other related parameters. Be sure to test it first before you turn it on or you might have some unexpected “matching” issues when trying to post invoices!
