Sales Copilot Supports Leads! YAY

FINALLY! Copilot for Sales will support LEADS! Well, in public preview anyway! Hopefully Opportunities will follow. This is a way overdue update and I’m happy to see it – it may mean less switching back and forth between Copilot and the #Dynamics365 App for Outlook (which I am still heavily reliant on). One step closer to parity though. 😉 #Copilot

Just getting caught up on this. But this really great news, as sales copilot is SUCH an upgrade over the app for outlook.

We aren’t in the public preview – any know how long it would typically take for something to come out of public preview?

  Oh if only there were a simple answer for that…. ha! Sorry, no information about when this will be generally available – but Microsoft is aware there is a huge demand for Leads support (not to mention other tables!). If I see anything, I’ll pop back in here and update this thread.

  Right now “General Availability” is blank. But check in every now and again!

  Sales Copilot supports matching an email to the lead entity similar to how it supports matching email to the contact entity.
