    Good afternoon,
We have an open ticket with ClickDimensions and in order for them to trouble-shoot our issue, they’ve asked us to remove any solution layers (customizations) from the Event and Event Participation forms that are not ClickDImensions. We have one additional solution layer on each entity.
I’m concerned that if I remove these, I will be removing our customizations, which we need.
The support tech will not help me with these. He says if I’m concerned I should back them up, which I don’t know how to do.
I’ve thought of trying this in test but don’t want to ruin test either, really.
Any ideas on how best to proceed?
    Thanks!

Create a new custom solution, add the forms to it, and export the solution.
