    Hi everyone,

    I’m curious if anyone here has implemented <strong data-start=”259″ data-end=”287″>Customer Insight Journey at their organization and would be open to sharing some lessons learned.

    Specifically, I’m interested in:

    <ul data-start=”395″ data-end=”533″>

  • How long the implementation took

  • Whether you used an implementation partner

  • Any ballpark costs (if you’re comfortable sharing)

    • My manager and I are exploring this solution and would really appreciate hearing about your experience—what worked well, what you’d do differently, etc.
