    How can organizations design a cost-optimized and highly resilient architecture using Azure Platform Services (PaaS) while balancing auto-scaling, multi-region deployment, and data consistency challenges?

    I’m currently evaluating Azure Platform Services (PaaS) for a scalable cloud application and would love to hear from practitioners.

    Specifically looking for insights on:

    • How you balance cost vs performance with auto-scaling
    • Best practices for multi-region deployment (active-active vs active-passive?)
    • How you handle data consistency and latency issues across regions

    Any real-world architectures, lessons learned, or service recommendations would be really helpful!
