I have started getting this – not very descriptive – error message in the Dynamics 365 App for Teams. It worked fine on Monday, but since then it hasn’t worked.I have tried uninstalling the app, tried another environment, another model-driven app, clearing the Teams cache – but nothing works.
I get the same error on tabs in channels as well.
Has anyone else experienced this? Currently, I am the only user of the app, as we haven’t rolled it out yet, so I am not able to test with another user.

@Niels Søgaard Lønberg, i am getting same issue as well. But after configuring the Settings tab with proper environment and app details, the app comes back normal. can you try that?
Have you reach out to Microsoft support to see what they have to say?

I think it was an intermittent issue over the last two days. It’s working for me today. Thanks for confirming, @Nirav Patel. I tried all those things yesterday without any luck.
I haven’t bothered reaching out to Microsoft Support. Lately when I have been in touch with them, they have been so incompetent that it is a total waste of time.

We have started to encounter issues again. This time around we don’t get the ‘oops’ error message. There’s just a loading spinner for a few seconds and then nothing happens.
Again, I have tried uninstalling the app, tried another environment, another model-driven app, clearing the Teams cache – but nothing works.
anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Yeah, I have a user that (used to) use D365 in Teams almost exclusively but started having frequent issues like you describe. We could never figure out what the issue was and it didn’t seem repeatable. I just had to recommend that he use the browser version until things start working again.——————————

Thanks for the input, @Lucas Hewitt.I was expecting this to be more stable. I really can’t imagine starting to roll out features using the Dynamics 365 app in Teams if it only works now and then.
My app is working again today 🤷♂️
