    Best practices for integrating Business Central with eCommerce, CRM, and warehouse systems without upgrade issues?

    Hello everyone,

    We are evaluating integration options for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with third-party eCommerce platforms, CRM solutions, and warehouse management systems.

    Our main concern is how to build scalable integrations that avoid future upgrade conflicts, excessive customizations, and long-term technical debt.

    For those who have handled similar projects:

    1. hat integration architecture works best (APIs, middleware, iPaaS, custom connectors, etc.)?
    2. How do you minimize extension/customization risks during Business Central updates?
