If your just looking for an accurate list of zip codes, there are many ways to do this Business Central assuming that’s the version your on. Attached is one way to do this.

If it’s beyond zip codes and you also need tax rates, I would look into Avalara. They do a great job in cloud managed tax rates for Business Central.
