We are trying to write a custom packing slip off of the warehouse shipment table.Ā  This is before the shipment is posted.Ā  We are lot tracking the inventory, and for one item on the warehouse shipment, there can be multiple lots.Ā  On the packing slip, we are trying to show the different lot numbers and associated quantities for each lot.Ā  The challenge is that we cannot find the correct tables to pull the lots and quantities.Ā  Does anyone know which table has the lots and quantities for the warehouse shipments?

      Thanks!

You can pull lot/quantities from the Warehouse Activity Line table once the items have been picked. This table is linked to the Warehouse Shipment document.

      ?Hi,

I think this depends on your process. If your warehouse is using “Directed Pick and Put-Away” then you can get the lot numbers from the pick lines. However the safest bet is to go to the “Reservation Entry” and filter on theĀ sales line that is the source of your warehouse shipment line.
Also if the document has been partially posted then the lot numbers and quantities will found in the “Tracking Specification” table. So you will have to merge to information on both “Reservation Entry” and “Tracking Specification” of the source document line for the warehouse shipment line.

Keep aware of Assembly components since those are in the Reservation Entry table with a different “Source Type”=900 versus “37”Sales Line.

The Assembly components will have the correct Lot No.’s being used and Quantities.

      Good luck.
