Hello Everyone,

We’re running BC 14 On Premise (2019 Wave 1).

We’ve noticed that the Vendor Payment Receipt report (#411) does not display the amount on a Print Preview but it does when printing to PDF, etc.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to fix this??

Hi Lewis,

Hope you are doing well. Were you able to address this? I tested it in my BC17 cloud version and the amount is showing in both – Print and preview versions. I am guessing it was fixed in later versions but I don’t have a way to verify which release wave fixed it or if it was fixed in the full release.

Thanks for the information Meenakshi.  We’re using a different report instead, but at least we know it works if we want to send it was a PDF.
