It looks like it is coming from Web services
SQL is setup with unlimited connections
Anybody got this error and a solution to fix it.We are on NAV 2017

Hi Guy,
I am not sure, if this is still an issue. Since I am not sure what SQL version you are using, it could be a lot of things. There are different topics around that when you search for the error message, but they are all pointing to different things. One of the main things seems to be that, if you are running on an older SQL Server and the version is not supported, it can throw errors like that. Another topic points to some possible issue in the NAV server, but this is for an older version.
So, what version of SQL are you using?
Does this happen all the time (as soon as you start and work in NAV) or only once in a while?
Do you have a way to replicate this behavior?——————————

Need more information. What is a user trying to do when the error message happens? Where are you seeing the error message – in a client? In SQL logs? In the server event viewer?
