Hi All

If I saved and view in RTC, I was able to find it using Search. This doesn’t seem to work in the web client (BC2020 w1).

Anyone know if there’s a way to do or just if it’s a limitation?

We did originally try that and it worked for the user who created the view, but didn’t work for other users.

It’s actually a real pain in web client, as I have to go into customize pages (which most users will not have access to) and create that view for every Profile who needs it

Hi Mark,

It looks like you can save views when filtering (Save and Personalize List Views), but it looks like being able to make the view searchable would be a customization according to Microsoft.
