      #NAV2013R2Ā  Ā #Trade

It was just reported to me today that the Amount Including Tax shows zero on the sales order lines and yet the order statistics (F7) correctly shows the Tax AmountĀ ?and Total Incl. Tax.Ā  The Sales Confirmation print is also correct.

I think this issue probably always existed and no one ever noticed since so few of the orders we process include tax.Ā

Has anyone else seen this in NAV2013R2 or older versions?

      ?

      Hi Lewis,
Ā Is the sales order released? Once the order is released the amount including tax gets calculated.

Great, happy to help. I also noticed it only when one of my users complained about it a few years ago. Funny how don’t pay attention to such simple details until someone brings it to our attention. šŸ™‚

Most of the time it works well for us.
I’ve had occasional bugs where this field didn’t update correctly when applying discounts.
I had to update the field manually in SQL to fix them.
