I have a situation where some of my users time registry is not working even though the register time is turned on in the user setup. I’ve checked each of the users and know for fact they have been in our NAV 17 Production and training dbs. We have several add-ons: Trimit and DMS warehousing, but don’t think that is the issue.Ā Has anyone every ran into this?

Hi Dennis,
Please make sure they close NAV. The register will not work if they leave the session open. Hope this helps.

Thanks Kelly and Eduardo.
I’m constantly instructing our users to log out correctly. I sent the register Boolean this morning, had all logout, bought NAV down and back up and it appears to be working now. I appreciate the suggestions. Totally forgot about G/L setup area.
