?Hi, We recently completed time studies in our production plant.Ā I’m trying to use RapidStart to update the routing lines with new Setup Times and Runtimes.Ā I import my updated Excel file and Validate without errors.Ā I then Apply, which appears to go successfully.Ā However, the Runtime does not update to the data that is in the Excel file.Ā Any other fields that I change update, but not Runtime.Ā Has anyone else experienced this?Ā Is there a bug that there is a hotfix for?
Thank you!

?Hey Kelly,
You didn’t mention whether or not you set the status on the Routing Header to “Under Development” prior to updating the lines?Ā That would normally be required to open the routing for updates.Ā After updating you’d need to change it back to “Certified”.Ā You can do this with Rapid Start.

Hello Terry, I’m sorry for not mentioning that.Ā Yes, I have changed the status to “Under Development” and then back to “Certified” after updating the lines.
One other thing I didn’t mention is that if I use RapidStart with the same Configuration Package, it will create new Routing Lines correctly with the Runtime that is in the Excel file.Ā It is only when I am trying to change the Runtime.Ā Very strange.
Thank you, Kelly
