Can anyone point me in the correct direction to solve a ‘qty to handle zero’ when creating a warehouse pick from a production order?

I have plenty of quantity on hand….

Are you working with lot controlled items?

      Kim,

What is the flushing method for the component you are trying to pick?  It can’t be Backward, it would have to be Pick + Backward.

Is that error message correct?  ‘qty to handle zero’ is unusual, the most common response is “Nothing to Handle”
