I doubt that it can be done via PowerShell but if you are using NAV 2017 or higher you can use task scheduler to achieve similar results.
You can create a task via code in NAV/BC and then you can decide the output method in code. It can be an e-mail, a file or any other way you can think of.

You could do this with powershell if you call sql from shell. Then feed the data to a simple html page to show green or red per company. I could see something like that being useful to manage 50 companies status for a number of different statuses.
