Physical Inventory Journals

    Hello,

Our IT just turned off Directed Put-Away, so we are using Physical Inventory Journals for our cycle counts now.

I just ran the first one and selected a specific bin. There were items that were in the shipping bin that were not in the cycle count and vice versa.

Does anyone know why this happened & what I can do to fix this?

    Thanks,

    Karen

It appears that even if you attempt to “filter totals by” bin code = SHIPPING or Filter Warehouse Entry by Bin Code = SHIPPING, the physical inventory journal is populated with multiple locations and multiple bins.

You can at that point filter the journal to Bin Code = SHIPPING OR when generating the Physical Inventory Journal lines, filter totals by Location & Bin Code (ex. Main & SHIPPING).
