Okay, this is not a NAV question….but please send help anyway!

1 – Is there a way in Outlook365 to categorize contacts (customer, prospect, etc)?

2 – Is there a way in Outlook365 to add notes to contacts in the Global Address Book for everyone to see?

      Hi Kim,

      1. Yes, by creating groups and add contacts into these groups
      2. Yes, only if you are an admin on Office365
