We are using transaction data to determine on hand inventory at present.
Is there a table or simple query I can use to get on hand inventory at a specific location?
Thanks!

Hello Felipe,
On the Item Ledger Entry table, you can use the column/field for Remaining Quantity and Location Code. You can either do that directly from NAV which have reports that you can use that’s built in or SQL query or Jet Reports.

Kris,
Thanks for this info. I think this gives me what I need.
Just select the most recent transaction for an item and look at the Remaining Quantity field. Right?

That is correct, you can filter from the Item Ledger Entry where Remaining Qty is greater than 0 ( >0 ) and filter by location if you’d like. Then you can export that into Excel.
And if you know SQL, that would be another approach. And if you haven’t yet, I would look into Jet especially if you start doing more analytics. You’ll find you can have reports on schedule and automated.
