      Hello:
We are implementing a Shopify NAV integration. We have a web design/web connection specialist organizaion implementing it. We are having challenges getting the NAV side of the equation working with Shopify. Our current professional service organization is a bit overloaded and cannot provide resources for a couple of weeks. We are looking for a NAV expert to assist the final connection into NAV to complete it.
Specifically we would want someone who has experience with both NAV and Shopify.
      Thanks

Are you using any add-ons for your Shopify integration? Or are programming something from scratch?

Have you looked at eBridge? they were unable to complete our interface as we are running V5 and their solution relies on Web services, so we wrote the nav end ourselves.

Are you looking at a one-way or bi directional interface?

      Hi Alex:
We are using web services to connect into nav and not using add-ons. It has all been configured and shopify can connect. The company setting up shopify is having some challenges on the final connection.

      Hi Russell:
We did look at ebridge but have passed on it. We will need a bi-directional setup as we need the customer and order info coming in and tracking info back out. This is a B to C config only. At this point we will not be doing a B to B config.

      Thanks Guys.

We use NAV web services to connect bi-directional to Magento. Maybe one of our NAV developers can have a look to see if we can help

      Hi Richard:

We have done several Shopify integrations on NAV 2016 with the Microsoft .NET Framework interoperability.  You can use .NET Framework to consume web services however there may be additional customization required for integration with earlier versions of NAV.

Good luck with your search. Ā Add eBridge Connections to your radar. Ā

NAV + Shopify is a sweet spot for us. Ā We’ve come a long way this year, and have been at this integration game for 23 years now.

      Cheers!
