Would anyone have feedback on how NAV 2017 intergrates with Salesforce CRM?
All suggestions are appreciated! Kurt

Hi, I don’t know if there’s an out of box solution – or at least I haven’t heard of one. I know out of box NAV 2016 and up works into the D365 Sales.Ā
We are using eOne SmartConnect. Ā That was the lowest cost option we found but you will need to do more leg work. Ā For us, it was a one time license buy (cheaper than their monthly fee), a few hours purchase from eOne and then our MS Partner annual fee.
Another option is RapidiOnline.Ā This is more expensive to start up, and had an annual fee for their support and of course MS Partner fees normally more expensive as the package was more expensive. However, they pretty much do all the leg work. So you’re paying more but getting more service. They also have a pretty nice sales pitch vs eOne for sure.
Since I haven’t used both I can’t say if one is better than the other, it’s more cost vs value vs your time commitment to integrate them/clean up data so they do work together. Since we only wanted NAV to talk to SalesForce and not vice versa we chose the cheapest option.
